For our different payment types, the current system posts each total. But we are wanting one specific payment type to post as individual charges. We have a payment type labeled Prepaid Trade, which is a manual payment code used in our PMS (SNT). For this specific payment type we would like each individual charge to that code to display on its own line in the JE uploading to the accounting software (Intacct). This would allow for individual payments and names attached to be shown in the GL and allow us to reconcile and track better on our end.
